We plan to go live in November 2026, starting with Sector 150, Noida and nearby sectors. More areas in Noida and Delhi NCR follow based on waitlist demand.

Q: Does InstaMG sell medicines?

No. InstaMG is a technology platform. Medicines are sold, invoiced and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies near you.

Q: How do prescription medicines work?

Upload a valid prescription from a registered doctor. The pharmacist at the pharmacy that accepts your order verifies it before packing. If you do not have one, you can book an online consultation.

Q: What if no pharmacy has everything I need?

You choose: wait a little longer, remove the unavailable items, or split the order across two pharmacies.

Q: Can a pharmacy change my medicine?

Only with your approval. If a pharmacist suggests a substitute, you see both side by side and decide.

Q: Which payment methods will be supported?

UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking.

Q: Can I cancel or return an order?

Cancellation is free until a pharmacy accepts the order. Returns are accepted for wrong, damaged or expired items with photo proof.
